Life planning covers a broad spectrum from personal to business, financial security now and into retirement, legal issues, and tax considerations. 

This program will guide you on some things you can be doing to be proactive. Jim Willingham is an attorney and CPA with an undergraduate degree from University of Texas, and law degrees from University of Texas Law School and New York University Law School. His professional affiliations past and present include American Bar Assn., State Bar of Texas, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Bar Foundation, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Mr. Willingham’s professional experience includes service in the US Army, and tax compliance planning for individuals in national accounting firms in Houston and New York. After moving to San Antonio in 1978 he practiced as an attorney in real estate and business law. For the past 25 years he has practiced as a business and trial lawyer in both Federal and State courts. He is married with 4 sons and 8 grandchildren.
