Foundation Communities, based in Austin creates housing where families succeed, providing people with an affordable, attractive place to call home and opportunities for success in education, financial stability and good health. The organization has 22 affordable housing communities for families and adults. The communities provide after school and summer programs, ESL and college prep. Services at the communities include income tax prep., and financial coaching. Residents enjoy access to health care, insurance enrollment and healthy living initiatives.

The communities are in various settings; suburban, downtown mid-rise, and garden apartments.
