Dale Craymer is the President of the Texas Taxpayers and Research Association, a non-profit association of business and individuals, which for over 60 years has provided advocacy on Texas tax, budget, economic development, education and other state issues. Dale Craymer is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin Plan II program with a Master's degree in Economics.

Mr. Craymer served as Chief Revenue Estimator for Comptroller of Public Accounts Bob Bullock and was Budget Director for Governor Ann Richards and Deputy Director under Governor George W. Bush. He has served as an officer and director of the nation's leading organizations advocating state tax and budgetary issues and on the Executive Board of the Council of Governor s' Policy Advisers.
