City of Austin - Office of Emergency Management
Introduced by Lion Mac Ragsdale

What do you do when disaster strikes? Who do you call…Ghostbusters?

Fear Not! The City of Austin’s Office of Emergency Management is prepared to deal with virtually any emergency that could come up in Central Texas, whether natural disaster or man-made.  A community engagement specialist for this little known agency, will explain who they are and what they do to keep us safe. One way is through WarnCentralTexas.org - an emergency notification system for residents of central Texas.
