Speak Up: Dispelling the Mental Health Myths that Keep Us Quiet Communities are seeing an uptick in mental health concerns as we face the impact of more than a year of pandemic-fueled grief, stress, and anxiety. In spite of its high prevalence, most people still struggle with talking openly about mental illness. We'll break down some of the most common mental health myths and create the potential for every person to be a catalyst for change in transforming the way communities talk about and address mental health.
