Phillip H. SchmandtSpeakers Bio:Phillip Schmandt is a partner with the law firm McGinnis, Lochridge and Kilgore. He is the chair of the Firm's technology section and practices also in corporate and real estate law. He has chaired the Electric Utility Commission since 2007 and served on the EUC since 2006. He also chaired the Mayor's Task Force on the Energy Conservation and Disclosure (ECAD) Ordinance, which resulted in a unanimous recommendation to Council that was turned into one of the nation's leading energy efficiency disclosure ordinances. He also chaired the Mayor's Task Force on Generation Planning.

 

Featured Lunch Menu: Meat and Vegetable dish (TBA), mixed field green salad with assorted rolls and a featured daily dessert. Vegetarian meal or Grilled Chicken Caesar salad are available alternatives as well.

We order meals based on your reservations and must pay for them even if you do not show up. Please keep this in mind if your plans shift and cancel your reservation so we can adjust the headcount.
