  • There is no fee charged for a guest visiting for the first time. Please present yourself as a guest at the registration table and we will gladly introduce you to the club.
  • Guests are charged a lunch fee of $15 for each visit after their first visit.

Speakers Bio: Gudjon Bergmann has spent thousands of hours in front of a wide variety of audiences and has a talent for presenting and teaching effectively, both by making complex issues accessible and motivating people to take action.
Bergmann gives a keynote titled "Changing the Stress Paradigm". In the talk he offers a new approach to the concept of stress management, focuses on the origins of stress and talks about the main components needed for stress management mastery. He has been speaking professionally for 15 years and is a member of the NSA in Austin, TX.
Gudjon Bergmann was born and raised in Iceland. He has written 16 books, trained 80 yoga teachers, taught more than six thousand hours of yoga, spent thousands of hours on stage teaching and lecturing, worked for newspapers, been on radio and TV, and much more. But out of all his achievements he is most proud of his relationships with his wife and two children. He now lives in Austin, Texas, with his family.

 

Featured Lunch Menu: Smothered Pork Chops with mashed potatoes, fresh green beans and carrots, mixed field green salad with assorted rolls and a featured daily dessert. Vegetarian meal or Grilled Chicken Caesar salad are available alternatives as well.

Please register by noon on Wednesday

We order meals based on your reservations and must pay for them even if you do not show up. Please keep this in mind if your plans shift and cancel your reservation so we can adjust the headcount.
