Volunteer with Us: Help Provide Vision Screenings for AISD Children

Would you like to make a difference in a child’s life? The Austin Founder Lions Club provides free vision screenings to pre-kindergarten and 3- and 4-year-old children in the Austin Independent School District (AISD), and we need your help!

Tuesdays and Wednesdays from September 2025 through March 2026, we will visit AISD elementary schools from approximately 8:00 a.m. to noon. While a trained Lions volunteer operates the screening equipment, we need additional volunteers to help with the process.

We have three teams needing volunteers. Find a location and day that works for you on the lists below, then contact the team leader to let them know you’d like to volunteer.
