"Can Do” with Texas Lions Camp

North District 2-S3 Texas Lions Camp Elected Director Lion Cameron Bradfute will discuss the past, present and future of Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville. Many Lions consider Texas Lions Camp the jewel of Texas Lionism, and the venerable camp has been a model for countless other states and countries.

This summer sees the return of in-person week-long sessions for special needs children, followed by family camp in August. Austin Founder Lions have sponsored more than 10 children for camp this summer.

The camp will be celebrating its 75th anniversary in April 2024, and many exciting events are planned.

About our Speaker:

Cameron Bradfute is a lifelong resident of New Braunfels, Texas. He is married to wife Cindy and has two grown children. He works as an insurance agent selling Crop Insurance to area farmers and ranchers. Cameron joined the New Braunfels Lions Club at age 23 and that was 35 years ago. Lion Cameron has served his club as President, Vice President, Director, numerous Committee Chairs, Leo Club Advisor and Song Leader, and he considers himself a Tail Twister extraordinaire.

Lion Cameron is a District 2-S3 Elected Director of the Texas Lions Camp.
