About our Speaker:

Rebecca Taylor is Executive in Residence and Director of Sustainability at the Austin Technology Incubator at UT-Austin

Rebecca, who is a senior level executive with 35 years of experience inventing new technologies, forming startups, building committed teams and raising funds, serves at the Director of Sustainability at the Austin Technology Incubator. She supports ATI member companies in the Circular Economy, Energy, Food & AgTech, Mobility and Water Industries. Rebecca has executed and advised on monetization involving venture capital investing, expanding markets. She’s an inventor and multiple patent holder who created technology that, among other things, makes your phone smarter. She’s served as a senior advisor to the U.S. State Department and is certified as a winemaker by the University of California-Davis.
