An interactive presentation about how music can be used therapeutically to improve our physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
About our Speaker:
Gabriel Lit MA, MT-BC. received his Master’s of the Arts degree in Music Therapy from New York University and is now based in his hometown of Austin. Over his 15 years working in New York, Taiwan, and Texas, Gabriel has developed expertise in working with multiple populations with a focus on Persons with Alzheimer’s/Dementia, neurodiversity, developmental disabilities, and palliative and hospice care.
Wen Chang-Lit is a NY licensed creative arts therapist and a board-certified music therapist. She received her MA in Music Therapy from New York University. Over 15 years of her career, Wen has served various populations throughout life span from premature infants to over 100 year old. Her areas of specialties includes medical music therapy, trauma treatment, and neurodivergence.
