 Kristin Ginter
Introduced by Lion Beverly Weeks

Kristin has worked with over 5,000 entrepreneurs across 95 countries—from rural Mexico to post-Soviet Russia. In this globally inspired talk, she’ll share surprising cultural insights, government barriers to business, and powerful stories of resilience—including how one woman used AI to detect COVID in lung sounds before the first vaccines were released. This session explores what entrepreneurship looks like when freedom, policy, and innovation collide.

About our Speaker:

Meet Kristin Ginter – The Wizard of Ops

Kristin Ginter, better known as The Wizard of Ops, is a proud Texas native and a powerhouse behind the scenes of some of the world’s most successful businesses. With over 20 years of experience in operations and organizational strategy, Kristin helps entrepreneurs and companies scale with purpose, clarity, and heart as the CEO and Co-Founder of ATXponential.

She’s a proud graduate of Westlake High School and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from Texas State University. This background taught her to view systems, patterns, and problem-solving from an entirely new angle. While she didn’t follow the traditional science path, she carried that analytical mindset into the business world, where she has made a name for herself by helping others build strong, sustainable companies.

Kristin’s career has taken her around the world—literally. She’s led operations for leaders and visionaries in over 90 countries, helping teams navigate complex challenges with practical solutions. She’s passionate about operational excellence, leadership development, and teaching her O.P.S. (Optimize, Prioritize, Scale) approach—framework for business.

Beyond her impressive professional background, Kristin is a storyteller, comedian, and community builder. She hosts the "Beyond the Emerald Curtain" podcast, a behind-the-scenes look at what drives successful businesses, and live, pun-themed improv events on the first Friday of every month. This year, she has been honored as a Visionary of the Year nominee by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, utilizing her platform to raise funds and awareness for a cause close to her heart.

In her free time, Kristin enjoys live music, writing, improv, and connecting with fellow entrepreneurs. With a mix of humor, heart, and straight-talking wisdom, she believes in doing good work and doing it well.
